AI Celebrity Coffee, ColorMaps and more!

I don’t have a hard and fast schedule for this, though eventually I would love to make it weekly and replace my social media with it.

Till then, it still counts as a monthly newsletter as long as it comes out before the end of the month, right? Nailed it! Anyway, here’s what I’ve been up to!

I’ve been leaning gravitating back more towards design for a couple of reasons (prints are more accessible, location independent, etc). I shared a few Here, and Here.

The series that kicked off this shift and the one I’m most excited for are the ColorMaps. Looking through my favorite photos I had the idea to create a poster a travel poster that didn’t look like a typical travel poster, a visually pleasing design doubling as a story of the place that inspired it.

Besides playing around more in design, I’ve been dabbling in and learning more about AI and it has been pretty interesting, in someways inspiring, as I learn how to use it.

For example, have you thought much about the world of celebrity endorsed beverages? Because I have, and that sparked a mental exercise that through the power of AI produced ‘The Bros Joe’ an iced coffee experience by none other than the Jonas Brothers… who are not affiliated in any way with this fictional, hypothetical product.
